The Critter Team was founded in June 2015 by Mike Garrett, a 20-year United States Army veteran, and is operated as a family business out of Humble, Texas. Every job is performed in-house by thoroughly trained, certified wildlife control technicians — never subcontracted.
Mike is a Texas-licensed nuisance wildlife removal operator and has held NWCOA Bat Standards Certification since 2016. His team is also Ridge Guard Certified, Bird Barrier Certified, and trained in advanced metal fabrication so exclusion work holds up to Houston heat, humidity, and storm cycles — not the spray foam and steel wool used by less-equipped operators.
We carry $1M-per-occurrence general liability ($2M aggregate) and full workers’ comp, and back every wildlife exclusion service with a written 1-year or 3-year warranty. If wildlife returns through our work, so do we — at no charge.

The Critter Team serves Humble and the surrounding communities of Atascocita, Kingwood, Fall Creek, and Eagle Springs from our Humble office. We run routes through Northeast Harris County seven days a week, and our technicians know the housing styles, roof types, and wildlife pressure unique to each part of the area.
